Types of medication can cause your weight loss to slow down, such as antibiotics.

Are you exercising on the diet? If so how often and what exercises?

When exercising one is building muscle, we know that muscle weighs more than fat. So if you are exercising on the diet, first consider that you may just be building lean muscle. This is where taking your measurements will be more important than weighing yourself on a daily basis.

Do not get despondent as this does not dictate your entire weight loss journey. Often we get to fixated with what the scale is saying and we lose track of the bigger picture. Be sure to check your measurements on a weekly basis as you are likely losing cm’s (Make sure to measure in the exact same place).
